As a full-time Work from Home Business Support Services Representative, you are the compassionate voice people hear first when they need help with complex legal issues such as bankruptcy, small claims, tenant matters or identity theft. Listening with empathy as they describe their situation, you'll determine the applicable area of law, then arrange a callback from a legal professional or connect them with a reputable lawyer in their area with the necessary expertise to handle the case properly. When life happens and people can't make it to work on time, you'll switch gears to record employee lateness or shift absenteeism for several large businesses. By reducing their stress and confusion, you'll deliver peace of mind and make their day better.
For this fast-paced supportive team atmosphere, we hire people who like to help people, and they enjoy helping each other too! You'll need to be able to work varying shifts in our 24/7 operation. As a full-time associate, you can choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week.
We need you to have a high school diploma, strong communication soft skills and computer literacy, with at least 6 months of customer service experience. In addition to a passion for the law and a great work ethic, you'll need multitasking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous call centre experience is considered an asset.
As a Work from Home associate, you will need a quiet home office space, high speed internet, a dedicated feature-free landline, and the ability to hardwire your modem to the equipment we supply.
