We are looking for a an indiviual who will support the recruitment team by hiring talent for our busy season. This will be focused primarily on our Environmental and Wear technologies areas.

What would you be doing?
Recruit staff, environmental and craft roles.- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within tight schedules.
- Monitor and apply HR (Human Resources) recruiting best practices.
- Onboard new employees into the company.
Does this sound like you?
Have experience recruiting in a fast paced, high-volume environment- Have experience with attracting candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
- Handle the stress that accompanies deadlines and multiple priorities. Be able to do your best work and come through in a pinch.
- Recruitment is your passion.
- Have experience with onboarding and can pivot between recruitment and onboarding tasks
