Compensation: $190000.00 to $200000.00 yearly
Robert Half is recruiting for a Director of Digital Transformation for our Client. As the successful Candidate you will be accountable for meeting the needs of the business environment by the expansion in automation, agility, resiliency, predictability, innovation, uptake and quality for technology requirements and change management to ensure strategic alignment. You have solid experience in cutting-edge lean and agile methods, techniques, and tools that create scale through automation and you possess excellent skill in recommending solutions and service offerings with ability to influence strategy to meet company needs. This role is for our Calgary based Client but is open to remote work concessions for eligible candidates.

MUST HAVES:
- 7 + years proven working success in an IT Management/Leadership position with solid experience in change management, process optimization, quality, and scale accountabilities
- Proficient working experience and understanding of LEAN principles and Agile methods
- Demonstrated strength and ability to drive scale through automation
- Proven working success in being a strategic leader of IT and CRM teams
- Solid working experience and ability in order to identify and implement process efficiencies designed to increase quality while minimizing waste for efficient and scalable operation
- Strong ability to foster strong relationships and successfully influence strategies, collaboration, and partnerships
- Proactive and takes initiative. Thinks creatively with the ability to meet long term goals
- Ability to work well with people and to lead and inspire them to do their best work every day
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical people
- Advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
- Working experience managing in a Salesforce environment is a definite plus
- Knowledge and experience in application implementation (ERP and CRM) is desired
- A Degree or Diploma in Business management, IT or Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institute is required
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Change Agent, AGILE PM, or Program Management certification is a definite asset
