Our team at MaxSys has partnered with one of Atlantic Canada's largest construction/roofing outfits and are looking to fill positions related to various job sites in and around the Atlantic area with a base in the Greater Moncton area.
Our client is inviting those who are newer in the industry to red seal journeymen. This is a full time permanent position with ample room for growth within the company and our fast growing industry here in Atlantic Canada!
Details:
- Pay rates will range starting at $16.50 - $27/hr (dependent on the experience you bring)
- This position requires ample travel within the Atlantic Provinces (travel will be with the foreman in a company vehicle, accommodations, meals paid) – No vehicle required for out of town travel!

Skilled construction Labor duties:
- Loading and unloading construction materials, deliver to work area
- Installing and removing scaffolding at construction sites
- Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrow and other equipment
- Assisting with installation of metal roofing, metal siding, ACM and insulated metal panels.
If you possess the following, you would make a great fit as a Journeyman Cladder:
- Basic math and English skills
- Experience with a variety of hand and power tools
- Physically able to lift heavy loads and work in excess of 8 hours in variable weather conditions
- Working at heights
- Able to acquire all safety training and accreditation (we will provide safety training specific to our work)
