Your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist isn't just filling roles, our team is hyper focused on finding the right folks who will drive our mission forward. We aren't looking for your traditional recruiter; we're looking for someone who thrives in a rapid-growth, high-velocity environment, and someone who lives and breathes their values. Your role at Procurify is to lead the full-cycle recruitment journey for all types of roles. You'll be exposed to different business units like CX, Sales, Marketing, Technology, etc. You'll have the opportunity to create new processes, test the best ways to source top talent and be our biggest fan in the eyes of the community. We don't need you to have years and years of experience doing this, but we do need you to have the passion and drive to carry this role out. What You'll Do
- Lead a stellar candidate experience that involves qualifying applications through our applicant tracking system, phone screening, debriefs with our hiring teams, and offer negotiations.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to execute on our hiring strategies, meet our hiring targets, create Procurify-specific job postings, understand the perfect candidate's necessary competencies, and ensure a one-of-a-kind candidate experience.
- Create, manage, and maintain your candidate pipelines to drive the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple provinces and potential geographies.
- Actively hunt for top talent through strategic sourcing methods and relationship building.
- Find new ways to utilize our recruitment platforms to showcase our team, culture, and values.
- Create and test innovative ways to help source those hard to fill roles within Procurify.
- Scope out and attend recruitment fairs, networking events, and community events to help build a network of talented job seekers and industry partnerships.
- Track and measure our people metrics to help make informed and strategic hiring decisions in the future.
- Represent Procurify in a passionate and professional way in all our communications.
Skills & Experience
- 1+ year(s) of agency recruitment experience
- 1+ year(s) of internal recruitment experience
- The ability to communicate open roles to a broad range of candidates, regardless of their experience level, in a passionate and professional way.
- A fearless personality with a desire to stay up to date on current tech, recruitment, and leadership trends.
- Strong written skills are a must in order to complete internal and external postings.
- The ability to look at our applications and find diamonds in the rough.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while keeping yourself and other teams organized.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner.
