Our client is looking for a Salesforce - Technology Delivery Lead for their Toronto, ON location. This is a 12 months contract with the possibility of extension.
Required Experience:
Salesforce TDL - Technology Delivery Lead [2 Positions]
- Should have 8-10 years of industry experience focussed on Salesforce implementations
- Experience leading large initiatives for SF implementation
- Oversee technical decisions, manage large code bases and be responsible for developer tasks and code quality
- Scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines for BAU enhancements/updates/salesforce releases
- Should have good Project Management, Leadership skills
- Plan, manage and deliver technology projects through all specific phases, in alignment with business and/or enterprise strategies.
- Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with business and executive stakeholders.
- Make sure all delivery and support adheres to defined Standards
- Actively contribute to best practices/process improvements on the platform
- Experience leading team size of 6-8 resources.
- Should have strong Salesforce knowledge
- Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Finance Service Cloud is the key area of expertise
