Agilus is recruiting for several Inside Sales Representatives in the waste collection industry in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our client, located in Vancouver, is looking to add some Inside Sales Representatives to their team permanently. This is a great role for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and looking for a long-term opportunity. If you love sales, love making connections, and constantly growing and improving – this is the role for you! A typical day:
- Representing 2-3 franchise locations and cold calling new leads (you will be given the leads)
- Increasing the business of the franchises
- Completing revenue goals
- Building relationships and maintaining them
- Creating strategic growth plans
- Using the CRM system
- Direct sales experience required – comfortable with cold calling and have experience with cold calling
- Energetic and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills
- Experience with building relationships
- 38000.00 hourly
- $38K base salary plus uncapped commission (usually make around $55K - $65K a year)
- 4 weeks vacation, 5 weeks after the first year is completed
- Profit sharing
- Extensive benefits plan (after 3 months employment)
- Monday to Friday, regular office hours
- Opportunity to work from home but MUST be located in Vancouver/Lower Mainland
