ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
One of the Select Group's clients is seeking an Engagement Manager to join their team to oversee a team of 12 across different business units. The ideal candidate has experience managing areas of client communication, resource allocation, status and project updates.
ENGAGEMENT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of Engagement / Client management
- Overseeing client engagements and resources
- Project management / coordination
- Supporting end clients or customers
ENGAGEMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage team performance
- Resource allocation
- Identify any issues, trends, areas for improvement
- Act as liaison between the leadership team and the client contact
