Our client is looking for a Communications Manager to join their team for the next 3+ months on a full-time basis.
What you'll be doing as the Communications Manager in this role:
- Working closely with copywriters to ensure content is AODA compliant as well as consistent with their style guide, brand guidelines, and templated files.
- Making recommendations on how best to lay out the content, and through which medium (fact sheet, interactive PDF, video, etc.).
- Identify internal and external resources to deliver each piece of content, while setting timelines & negotiating fees with copywriters.
- Reporting to their digital services team.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years exp as a Communications Specialist/Manager
- Must have recent experience with AODA
- Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus
- Interest in the health industry is a plus
- Exceptional communication and project management skills required
